You love to play golf. But playing golf doesn’t always love you back. From ongoing aches and pains to changes in our capabilities, our ability to play golf can shift over time.

Fortunately, there are steps you can take to help you continue to fully enjoy this amazing game as you age.

 GolfYoga for Boomers focuses on two of the critical components of golf: the physical and mental aspects of the game. Over the course of six weeks, you will learn golf-specific yoga techniques and practices as well as sports psychology strategies for optimal flexibility, strength, and focus, including:

Yoga Practices & Routines

Targeted yoga warm-ups and poses that promote flexibility, balance, strength, and joint health to improve your physical game.

Sports and Yoga Psychology

Sports psychology methods and yoga mindfulness practices to refine your mental game.

GolfYoga for Boomers is a great way to boost your game during the off-season. You’ll practice—on Zoom—alongside other folks who love golf as we wait for that magic day in April. (Or you can take private lessons and boost your game any time of year!)
